The highly anticipated Windows 10 Technical Preview Has Appeared on Microsoft site. The new release brings back the Start Menu, with a Windows 8 twist while the live tiles provide an easy way to launch apps. (Don't worry if you prefer the Start Screen, it's still there and you can boot into it if you prefer.) 

Apps now work much more like regular desktop programs. They have minimize, maximize, restore and close buttons, and can be resize (to a degree) and organised however you like. 

 

If you’re running Windows Technical Preview build 9879, install the feed-switching KB 3025380 so that your PC is set to get the new build.

Note that Cortana is currently available in U.S. English (Available only In U.S.)
